3D Modeling of Pipe & Pipe Supports using Plant Design System.
Pipe routing based on Piping Arrangement Drawing and Piping and Instrument Diagram
Prepares detailed isometric drawings.
Check and revise of the interferences of (pipe to pipes), (pipe to piperacks), (pipe to cable tray), (pipe to equipments)
Check and revise of the Standard Distance of every Pipes to another Pipes
Check and revise the standard distance of insulated pipes to the piperacks for the shoe support of the insulated pipe.
Check isometrics as per P&ID.
Check and revise the standard distance of welded pipe to avoid Heat Affected Zone (HAZ).
Prepares Equipment and Piping plan drawings using Drawing Manager and Microstation tools
Responsible of checking updated details from Electronic Job Book using in any projects.
Report to supervisor daily for work progress
