SITE MANAGER
Taking overall responsibility for the planning, management, coordination of buildings / construction works vis ¡V a ¡V vis the following:

ľ Direct and manage project development from beginning to the end
ľ Ensures completion of project within budget and on schedule, to meeting industry quality standards.
ľ Develops project plans and communicate such with members of the site team (Professionals, suppliers, the client) and other stakeholders.
ľ Conducts the selection and supervision of employees / building team.
ľ Conducts regular checks to control the efficient use of supplies, equipments, etc.
ľ Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
ľ Oversee compliance of all health and safety procedures.
ľ Resolve any unforeseen problems that may cause delay to the project completion.
ľ Provide independent professional advice.
ľ Supervises all procurements and logistics.
ľ Keep tract of project and maintains records of expenditure, accounting, costing, billing, etc.
ľ Familiarize and comply with government regulations such as building codes, fire safety, water quality, gas line safety, hazardous materials, indoor air quality, etc.
ľ Plans construction and renovation of buildings for quality workmanship and compliance with approved baseline.
ľ Estimate labor and material costs and prepares itemized cost sheets for proposed building construction.
ľ Develops and deliver progress report, proposals, etc.
ľ Performs related duties as required.
