1. Creating and reviewing company QHSE management system.

2. Ensuring implementation of the management system.

3. Communication of QHSE information to staff, check understanding, stimulate and respond positively to feedback on QHSE issues.

4. Ensure integrated plans are implemented and results monitored according to the principles of quality management.

5. Auditing the system and work process as well as supplier audits.

6. Conduct management reviews to reinforce feedback and make.continuous improvement to processes within the work environment.

7. Conducting trainings for company staff as well as assisting as support tutor in external trainings.

8. Creating QHSE management systems for clients.

9. Conducting internal audits and assisting in third party audits for compliance to international standards.

10. Organizing Management trainings for external organizations.

11. Ensuring the effectiveness of audit process and verifying risk Control within the work area.

12. Prepare tender and contracting strategies in consultation with other depts., taking into consideration other Business Services’ requirements;
