Carrying out inspection and stage clearances of products & raw materials as per quality plan/documented procedures & release of IR’S (Inspection Reports).

Offering the products/materials for inspector of boilers and obtaining clearance.
Maintaining statutory and customer inspection reports wherever required and history cards.
Carrying out surveillance and product quality audits on products/process.
Identification of products non conformance & raising Non Conformance Report (NCRs).
Maintenance of quality status of products in the shop/stores through continuous process control and inspection
Approval of processes (such as First Off Trial) wherever required
Responsible for carrying out preshipment inspection of all components
Monitoring welding consumables.
Checking fit-up and releasing for welding.
Conducting hydrostatic testing
