„X Joined OGDCL (National Company); Remained under one year Training on a rotation schedule as below:-
1. 10 days institutional Drilling Courses at OGTI (Oil & Gas Training Institute; Company Training Institute).
2. 1-Month on Job Training; Roughneck, Rig-man and finally worked as
Night Drilling Supervisor.
3. 15- days in the Office; Wrap up the well report and review the well programs and Company plans.

Drilling Engineer (OGDCL) Continue after Training 2003 ¡V Till Date

„X Preparing drilling and completion programs for deep, medium & shallow wells as per Drilling Schedule, Casing Design with cement program, AFE, Special Material Requirement, Mud Program after pilot testing the recipe.
„X Preparing the directional program with coordinating the service companies (Baker & Schlumberger). Finalizing the Trajectories with reservoir engineering meeting the Targets and minimum Dogleg Severity.
„X Responsible for mud Hydraulics for PDC & Tricone bit and coordinating the Bit Venders. Also evaluating the PDC bit performance after completing the run. Analyze the root cause of bit failure if any.
„X Attending all Critical jobs at rig site and witness the jobs; Cementing across reservoirs, completions, DST Operations, Correlate & set the whipstock for casing exit and Liner hanger setting.
„X „X Coordinating with Operation to prepare the rig deployment based on rig capacity and reservoir objectives.
„X „X Monitor daily drilling progress, mud rheological properties, cost and discus with the concerned professional if any.
„X To critically monitor the mud system and review with the coordination of mud engineer to overcome the bottom hole problems
„X Suggesting the BHA design based on the formation Lithology and tracking the rotating hours and ensure BSR.; Bending Stress Ratio.
„X Performing the technical jobs other then my prime drilling engineering duties as entrusted by Division Head (Manager).
„X To prepare contracts document for hiring of contractor rigs and technically/financially evaluate
the bids.
„X To prepare the bid documents for hiring of services and tools of service companies and make
technical and financial evaluation accordingly.
