Study the IFC drawings & cutting plans prior to layout & fabrication of structural steel;
Coordinate closely to Design & Engineering Department pertaining design matters;
Coordinate Quality Control Inspectors regarding welding & erection works;
Coordinate NDT technicians regarding quality of welding & prior for RT works;
Attend meetings with the client regarding progress, quality of the work & monitoring of the project;
Supervised sub-contractor fabrication, erection & welding works flare tower/stack, piperack & 7 modules structures;
Submit weekly & daily progress reports & highlights concerning materials & IFC drawings availability;
Make a 2 Weeks Look Ahead Schedule for the structural steel works;
Follow-up & expedite materials at Procurement department;
Implement WPS & ASTM standard to site implementation;
Initiate programs regarding quality & safety lesson learn everyday;
Lead Project Management Team for implementation standards & quality of works;
Supervised structural team and consistent coordination meeting with sub-contractor for a smooth project implementation;
Push Blasting & Painting team to expedite materials for erection;
Check structural Analysis using STAAD Pro 2005 and using AutoCAD 2008 for drafting works.

Presently, I am working as a Lead Structural Engineer that deals in fabrication, erection, quality, safety, & project management teamwork. Most of my work experience are all in oil & gas, familiar with standards and procedures particularly on structural matters. I have also knowledged on engineering works like using Staad Pro 2007 and AutoCAD 2008 that are very helpful during project implementation wise.

Additional Experience:

Inspection the accurate fabrication and material being use of pipe line by spooling;
Submit weekly reports from the fabrication works and welding works by getting the data from fabrication;
Evaluate the length, weight, etc. from isometric by spooling to make a piping take – off;
Conduct hydro testing and other important works concerning the pipes erection, fitting up on site, etc.;
Coordinate with scaffolder people and the sub-contractor itself to expedite the work;
Make a 2 Weeks Look- Ahead schedule in order to obtain the target finish;
Arranged a coordination meeting between concern piping people to determine present and future problem;
Coordinate with my Piping Superintendent about the situation in the site and suggest the solution.
Push Sub-contractor to expedite the mobilization, erection of fabricated spools
