Handling Rotating equipment condition monitoring, root cause failure analysis, Complied Bad Actor list and addressed Chronic rotating equipment problems.
Issuing all condition monitoring reports for corrective actions.
Carrying out all PM of Condition monitoring jobs.
Condition monitoring and Trouble shooting all Turbo Machineries, Reciprocating compressors and Air Compressors (Atlas-Copco) during start up after corrective action and start up after shut down.
Following up condition monitoring program for Rotating Mechanical Equipment.
Daily morning section meeting to discuss about the daily report, PM and corrective activities with Sr. Reliability engineer/section head.
Follow up the SAP notifications jobs with priority identification.
Follow up and close monitoring of the previous jobs.
Prepare the daily report with following day job schedule and activities (including SAP notifications)
prepare the PM jobs report for the section & feed back to planning to close the work orders.
Prepare the condition monitoring analysis report for the problematic machines, emergency work orders then forward to the concern seniors to review and forward to planning to initiate corrective actions.
Create defect notifications (M1, M2 & M3) in SAP
