Responsibilities Held:
Fuel Gas Processing Area.
Fuel Oil System.
Instrument Air System.
All electrical board(24V,110V,220V DCDB & 380V LVAC)
Telephone System Installation.

Execution & Commissioning Activities:

All Types of cable lying, from JB to Panel.
Installation of Pressure Transmitter, RTD, Thermocouple & all Gauges.
Cable terminations b/w field and Panels.
Plant communication system installation.
Conduct the Inspection with Client and Consultant.
Progress monitoring (daily, weekly and monthly).
Co-ordination for Calibration Activities & Material Handling.
Commissioning Activities:
Commissioning the all types of Instrument like PT, DPT, RTD, and Thermocouples.

Carried out the look checks between Field Instruments to DCS.

Simulate the Signal using with HART Communicator.

Commissioning the SOV (Solenoid), MOV (Motorized Valve).

Commissioning the Electrical Status Signal:

380V LVAC Board.
220V AC Board.
110V DC Board.
24V DC Board.
6.6KV SWGR

From June 2007 – Oct 2007 worked as “TRAINEE ENGINEER” in M/s Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC), Neyveli, India.

Instruments handled:

Varec tank gauge.
Rosemount and Siemens make instruments.
Pressure - Simple direct mounted transmitters, differential pressure transmitters and gauges.
Temperature - Local temperature gauges, PT100 RTDs and Thermocouples.
Level - Diff. pressure type transmitters and Capacitance probe type, Direct flange mounted gauges and switches.
Flow - Coriollis and Ultrasonic flow meters.
Valves - Various makes of solenoid valves, control valves, monitor valves, ESD valves, and slam shut off valves and Auma MOVs.

B.E. (Electronics & Instrumentation) with First Class Qualification in Angalamman Engineering College under Anna University during 2003–2007.
