• Preparation of detailed project execution plan in MS Project/ MS Excel, with approval from the Project Manager and circulation of the same amongst concerned agencies.
• Preparation of WBS, BBU and assigning/ releasing as sold budget in SAP.
• Coordinate release of drawings/ BOM by Engineering, PO by Supply Management, QAPs by Quality function in line with contract schedule.
• Coordinate vendor document approval & client submissions as required under contract.
• Monitor progress on in-house and buy-outs and report the same to the Project Manager/ Heads for corrective action if any required.
• Prepare inputs on contract schedule, margin & financials for periodic reviews with Unit Management.
• Prepare delivery notes / packing lists for buy outs.
• Organise for the internal inspection reports for Client review prior to the despatch.
• Organise for the despatch documents and necessary documents for goods movement and tax reconciliation.
