Process Engineer or Production Supervisor

I am interested to joint with your oil and gas company for Process Engineer. I have been working in the Oil & Gas Company at Qatar. I have experienced in Synthesis Gas Plant, Hydrocarbon Processing and Petrochemical industry more than 12 years.

1.14 years of work experiences in Oil and Gas, Synthesis Gas Plant, Petrochemical Plant and Utilities for Industry.
2.Proficiencies and experiences in process, operation and troubleshoot of Autothermal reformer, Prereformer, Fire heater, Synthesis Gas Plant; Octanol Plant, Methane Steam Reforming (Reformer), Gas purification (CO2 removal, Membrane, Pressure Swing Absorber, etc.), Hydrogenation, Distillation, etc.
3.Proficiencies and experiences in process, operation and troubleshoot of machinery equipment (compressor, pump, blower), steam generation (Boiler; Waste Heat Boiler), waste treatment (Incinerator; Activated Sludge System), static equipment (distillation, absorber, stripper, scrubber, etc), utilities (water treatment; cooling water, chilled water; demineralized water, boiler feed water, plant air, nitrogen generation, etc) and chemical treatments.
4.Understanding and making the technical documents of PFD, P&ID, material safety data sheet (MSDS), equipment drawing, operation manual, standard operating procedure, standard operating control, etc.
5.Proficiencies and experiences in design and engineering (include revamp/debottleneck) of process/unit, reactor/pilot plant, heat exchangers (shell & tube, double pipe, plate heat exch.), evaporator, decanter, separator, vessels, columns, compressors, pumps, blowers, etc.
6.Proficiencies and experiences in design, planning, make procedure-schedule and evaluate of the loading and or unloading activity such as catalysts, ion exchange resins, products, propylene, chemicals, etc.
7.Proficiencies and experiences in Mechanical cleaning, offline- and or online- chemical cleaning of heat exchangers (shell & tube, plate heat exchanger, air fin cooler he).
8.Good knowledge and implementation of ISO 9001, Project Management, Statistic Process Control, Hazop, etc.
9.Proficiences and experiences in operate the DCS Operation (Distribution Control System – Honeywell, Yokogawa), Control Panel, Simulation Software (PrimReformer, Pipe Flow Expert, and Hysys 3.2.-under study), Computer software and operation (MS word, Excell, spreadsheet, Autocad, etc.)

Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Institute of Sepuluh Nopember Technologi (ITS)Surabaya - Indonesia.

-Technical: Octanol Process Licenser, Synthesis Gas process licenser, Utilities of petrochemical plant, Water Treatment for industry, Waste Water Treatment, Handling Chemical, etc.

-Management: ISO-9000 Doc. & Implementation, ISO-9000 Internal auditor, Project Management, Financial Management, SPC, Six Sigma System, Production Planning Control, etc.

-Safety: Fire Fighting, First Aid, Authorized Gas Tester, Permit of Works, Risk Analysis, Handling Chemicals, Environmental Disaster, Personnel Protection, Emergency Response, etc
