FOXBORO Engineer responsible for the developing of I/A (Industrial Automation) software to implement regulatory and interlock control for different plants as well as participation in commissioning and startup activities at site
The projects I have worked for are:
ORYX GTL plant, Qatar – Technip, Italy
• develop final product (GTL & Naphtha) loading sequence using FOXBORO High Level Batch Language.
• participate in Factory Acceptance Test (Rome Sep-16 to Dec-16 2004) testing control loops and the interlock logic for the mentioned units in addition to participation in Heavy End Recovery (HER) unit and Effluent water unit testing.
• work through Site activities for loop function check support and service providing including commissioning and startup of Flare system, Hydrogen production, Effluent water, & Synthesis gas Units.
TOGLIATTIAZOT M-M METHANOL plant, Russia – Casale, Italy
• build control for the different units using FOXBORO tools (FOXCAE and Foxdraw).
• develop I/A software interface for MODBUS devices connected to FBM224 FOXBORO Field Bus Module.
• participate in the FAT (Milan May-2 to June-18 2005) and fully test the GEA condenser package interlock control logic.
SONATRACH power plant SERGA-II, Algeria – Nouvo Pignone, Italy
• develop I/A software interface for MODBUS devices connected to FBM230 & FBM231 FOXBORO Field Bus Modules.
• develop I/A software interface with GE-GSM MarkVI turbine controller HMI server.
• develop I/A software interface with OPC server via FBM233 FOXBORO Field Bus Module.
