Worked as a process engineer for following Projects:
1. Engineering required to develop facilities water supply to GASCO.
2. Detailed Engineering for the Booster Pump at Umm Al Dalkh field, ZADCO.
3. Process Units Enhancement for Abu Dhabi Refinery (TAKREER)
Following are the major job responsibilities for the above mentioned projects:
• Preparation of Engineering Documents (PID’s, PFD’s, Control Philosophy, Cause & Effect Diagram, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Procedures, Tie-In Philosophy, etc.)
• Equipment Sizing (Pump sizing, Vessel Sizing)
• Line Sizing, PSV Sizing, Control Valve Sizing
• Hydraulics of the system
• Surge Analysis (Natasha-Plus)
• Technical Bid Evaluation
• Participation in HAZOP
4. DCS Obsolescence Study for GASCO. ( Study for DCS replacement without plant shutdown)
• Detailed review of process/utilities P&ID’s with respect to process control.
• Detailed study of process interdependency between equipments/units.

Deputed As PMC Engineer for PMC of Hypochlorination System at Abu Dhabi Refinery (TAKREER) (Nov 2007 to Oct 2008)
Worked as site/ project Engineer and major responsibilities are:
• Review of Engineering Documents
• Coordination between Client/ Consultant and Contractor.
• Correspondence to Contractor
• Coordination Review/ Approvals of Engineering Documents
• Site/ Construction work management.
• Site Supervision.

ZISHAN ENGINEERS (PVT) LTD. is Pakistan based Enginering Design Company, Involved in a project for the LPG recovery plant in Nigeria.
Worked as a Process Design Engineer for the development of basic and detailed design package of Process Design, Carry out process design simulation using simulator, HYSYS ver, 3.2. Development of process flow and piping & instrument diagrams, Line sizing and pressure drop calculations, Sizing of separators, Column, Extractors, Absorbers and preparing there data sheets. Evaluation of Technical Bids and Procurement assistance.
