As a project manager I was involved in the initiation phase (Since project charter), handle & manage planning, execution, monitoring, controlling & closing processes, for the following projects:-

1.DRESSER Gas Pressure Reduction & Metering Station (PRMS) 54,000 SCMH, (70/7) bar, 3 stream c/w boiler packages with HE of 900 KW, 3 streams Orifice plate meters and control room at Misr Beni- Suif Cement Factory.
2.Internal piping network for Misr Beni-Suif Cement Company at Beni-Suif.
3.Pietro Fiorentini PRMS 30,000 SCMH, (70/7) bar, twin streams c/w water bath heater, 3 streams turbine meter and control room for El-Minya Governorate (City Gate ).
4.RMG PRS 30,000 SCMH, (70/7) bar, 3 stream c/w boiler package with HE, 3 streams turbine meter and control room at KFS city gate station.
5.Pietro Fiorentini PRS 25,000 SCMH, (70/7) bar, twin stream c/w boiler package with HE, twin stream ultrasonic meter and control room for the sugar factory at El-Minya Governorate.
6.DRESSER filter meter module 3000 SCMH , (70/1) bar , single stream at Horus paper factory
7.20km pipeline (12"-API 5L-X52) to connect Misr beni cement factory at beni-suif.
8.7km pipeline (6"-API 5L-X52) to connect a paper factory at beni-suif.
9.5 km pipeline (4"-API 5L-X52) to connect a vegetable drying factory at El-Menya Governorate.
10.Supplying natural gas for 2 cement factories in Abo-Salih Area at Beni Suif including:-
Hot Tap (30/12 inch) process
Pipeline (12 inch according to API 5L-X52-15km – 8 inch according to API 5L-X52 – 15km )
Valve room to distribute for the 2 factories
Pietro Fiorentini PRMS 30,000 SCMH, (70/7) bar, twin stream c/w boiler package with HE, twin stream ultrasonic meter ,Gas chromatograph and control room for south valley cement factory
AKFEL PRMS 30,000 SCMH, (70/7) bar, twin stream c/w boiler package with HE, twin stream ultrasonic meter ,Gas chromatograph and control room for Nile Valley cement factory
Operations Responsibilities & Achievements:
•Develop the annual maintenance program for all regulation systems (pressure reduction stations (70/7 bar), district reduction stations (7-4bar), Estate regulators (4-100 mbar)
•Develop the annual maintenance program for all transmission & distribution piping system.
