Project supervision from preconstruction through start-up to completion, lead and motivate the project team to deliver the project, within the timeframe and within budget, ensuring that quality, health & safety .

Manage all maintenance and construction contractor activities on the site (OIL & GAS REFINERY) in line with site quality safety and environmental standards.
Manage the whole project ensuring that both commercial and operational targets are met.
Support the Senior Site Manager and work closely with other interested parties including architects, client’s PM, sub-contractors and internal contacts.
Ensuring good communication at all levels.
Manage teams and achieve results through others.
Attend regular review meeting with Regional Contracts Manager to provide update on all Projects.
Manage submission and negotiations of proposals to local authorities and local
planning authorities.
Manage the preparation of and prepare tender and contract documents.
Undertake contract administration, valuation and certification.
Negotiate contracts with contractors.
Implement project change control.
Attend client site meetings as required and ensure all installed works meet expected standards.
* Represent the company when dealing both with clients and members of the team/senior management.
* Leadership and motivation skills together with the ability to influence any decision making process and suggest problem solving solutions where necessary.
* Support the project team with the experience of working in a similar consultancy environment previously and apply the knowledge of current legal requirements in relation to construction
