TO BE AN ABLE TEAM LEADER IN ROTATING EQUIPMENTS RELIABILITY

• Guides, supervises & directs the installation, maintenance, repair, trouble shooting and modification activities of all rotating equipments which includes steam turbines, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, reciprocating and centrifugal pumps and other stationary equipments piping, valves etc.

• Prepares, participates, approves and implements preventive maintenance programs as per OEM recommendations with manpower estimates.

• Supervises actual work activities and provides feedback on work carried out and the problems encountered.

• Supervises major overhaul of critical equipment & machinery.

• Provides technical guidance on all related maintenance works and also participates in planning, scheduling, approving and implementation of all maintenance systems, which includes modification, expansion and installation.

• To maintain the mechanical integrity of all equipment/ machinery so as to achieve optimum plant availability and perform all the jobs with cost effective engineering maintenance procedures.

• Participates in implementing training & development and provides technical support and assistance.

• Prepares the annual requirements for materials with material specifications and initiate procurement action and maintain inventory at optimum level.

• General strategies and plans for implementation facilities maintenance activities in line with the business plan and approved budgets.
