My responsibilities at NATPET:
* Acting as Emergency Command Boss for the complex (PP, Utility and PDH )
* Maximizing Prime Production
* troubleshooting operational problems and reducing downtime of units.
* Radioactive Safety officer for NATPET
* Prepared Spreadsheets for various calculations.
* Performing material /mass balance for the plant.
* Training DCS Boardman and area operators.
* Member of Safety Standard committee for preparing plant safety standards
* Radioactive safety Officer for NATPET- preparing Job Safety Analysis for installation, testing of radioactive sources
* Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Plant related databases
* Training Plant personal in “Emergency Response Plan”
* Training Boardman and Plant operators in Plant Operations and control
* Conducting training on Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA).
* Conducting JSA and HIRA for various jobs and recording, documenting them.
