instrument field inspection and punch generating,calibration,loop cheking,pre-commissioning,commissioning,documents and drawing checking,S.A.T etc.

Have good experience of 27 years in the field of process instrumentation erection, commissioning and maintenance in Oil & Gas field and Petrochemical Industries. Execution of calibration, commissioning & maintenance of instruments for pressure, flow, level and temperature loops from Rosemount, Honeywell, Foxboro, Yokogawa etc., hook-up with DCS viz., Honeywell, TDC 3000, Foxboro IA Series, Foxboro Spec-200, Yokogawa Centum models. Having experience in trouble shooting of safe guarding system logics, shutdown operations in oil gathering stations, pumping stations, booster stations etc., and preparation of as-built & test packs. Having knowledge in QA/QC activities and computerized data & documentation control. I was specially trained for safety by Petroleum Development Oman to execute jobs in Hydrogen Sulphide areas, gathering stations, oil fields, gas compressors etc.

Currently working as Engineering Supervisor/Inspector for the Project Management Team for the Laffan Condensate Refinery on behalf of Qatar Gas OPCO(capacity146,000 barels/day.During this period I am responsible for all the Instrumentation and control system content (DCS,ESD/F&G system and Field Instrumentation) of the Refinery Project. I co ordinate with all discipline Supervisors and Engineers such as Piping, Electrical, Static equipment, Rotating equipment etc.Also Covering Field Inspection,Erection Supervision, attending SAT and checking Detailed Engineering Drawings, Checking Vendor documentation etc.
I am supervising for the all Telecommunication job in this project.
Responsibilities

PRE-DEGREE PASSED - MATHS,PHYSICS,CHEMISTRY.
DIPLOMA PASSED - ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (3 YEARS COURSE)
