Currently I am in Dubai, working as HSE officer in Dutco Balfour Beatty Group and I have Three years experience in safety in UAE. It will be much delighted if you can arrange an interview if possible

1. Risk assessment, Review of risk assessment

2. Identification of unsafe condition and unsafe acts

3. Advising operatives about the corrective measures by conducting tool box talks, site inspection.

4. Conducting weekly HSE assessments, hazard analysis

5. Review of method Statement IF NECESSARY,

6. Giving Toolbox talks on finding near misses

7. Periodical inspection of plants and construction equipments

8. Arranging periodic inspections of lifting gears, assessing the training requirement for various levels.

9. Implementation of HSE policy, Induction training.

10. Accident & incident investigation, worksite inspection, implementing HSEMS at construction site.

11. Taking remedial measures for observations in HSE Audits.

12. Conducting WEEKLY HSE meeting, HSE committee meetings

13. ATTENDING WEEKLY PROGRESS MEETING WITH CLIENT (DUBAI MUNICIPAITY).

14. Preparation of emergency Management plan .conducting fire drills.

15. Preparing plan for objectives and targets in environment management and safety management.

1. Academic Qualification : Intermediate (10+2 science)
2. Technical Qualification : Diploma in Industrial safety

3. Technical Qualification : IOSH Managing Safely. UK

4. Technical Qualification : CITB. UK

5. Technical Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

6. Computer Skill : Basic Knowledge of computer
