DESIGNATION: Document Controller/ Site Administration
PROJECT: Muridke 234 MW Combined Cycle Power Project

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Receiving of all the documents / drawings, related to plant construction from the Client.
Check the contents of transmittal with actual documents received with reference to document number, revision number. In case of any discrepancy returns transmittal with comments and resolves issue with customer.
Ensure the proper filing and entry in the document control system to suit the project requirement for earlier traceability.
Maintain a record of all the documents received and issued.
Responsible to deliver the documents / drawings to the respective department through a transmittal note at the earliest.
Responsible for timely issuance of the revised drawings / documents to the respective department.
Closely observe and make efforts to ensure that only latest revisions of documents/drawings are available at site.
Preparation & maintenance of payroll of temporary employees at site.
Assist site coordinator in procurement at site.
Maintain site facilities and vehicles.
Record keeping of all admin and personnel data's.
Keep close contact with Incharge Admin. from client side.

i have the degree of (B.COm) and now i continue my study in MBA with the job. First time i do my job and second time i continuw my study

1) Diploma in computer operator from Vocational Training Institue Layyah.
2) Diploma in office specilist from Real Information Technology (Pvt) Layyah.

i am kamran 23 years old and i need a job. i am working with honesty. And if someone give it to me some goals. I will try to acieve it. and i do .
