„Ï Keep work area and equipments clean and in ready condition.
„Ï I have knowledge of trouble shooting calibration of transmitter, recorder, indicator, controller, I/P converter as per requirement.
„Ï Maintenance and calibration of various types of sensor.
„Ï Temperature : Thermocouple, RTD.
„Ï Pressure : Diaphragm, Bellow¡¦s, Borden tube and all types of pressure gauge.
„Ï Flow : orifice plate, venture & nozzle type.
„Ï Level : level tx, Dptx, level switches, Direct and indirect type level sensor.
„Ï Experience in loop checking open & close loop and impulse line checking.
„Ï Overhauling & calibration of various types of valve.
„Ï Control the controller as per PID.
„Ï Installing, Re-commissioning & relining process as per requirement.
„Ï Knowledge of the maintenance of final control element such as control valve, actuator.
„Ï Working & maintenance knowledge of PLC& DCS.

„Ï Preventive / predictive maintenance programme equipment inspection and updated.
