„« Be the part of Management team, responsible for the Implementation of HR policies and procedures and supports staff in actioning policies and ensure compliance.
„« Updating all the personnel information/data in the Human Resource Management System using AS400 (i.e. salary details, leave details, ticket details, transfer details, end of service etc.) are maintained and updated on a daily basis.
„« Preparing contractual paperwork including Demand letter, Power of Attorney, Work Agreement, etc. for recruitment purpose.
„« Taking care of Employment Visa processing and submitting the relevant documents to the PRO‘¦s.
„« Maintaining employee HR files and database in coordination with the filing clerks.
„« Monitoring employee probationary period and process confirmation after successful completion of the same by getting an assessment report from their line-manager.
„« Taking care of all the site staff deployment and their movements/transfer to different sites or business units.
„« Co-ordinate with administration department for the process and renewal of Resident Permit & Work Permit.
