Preparing and maintaining Project Specific Programmes for Escravos Gas to Liquid (EGTL) - project.
Follow up with project teams, the subcontractor’s and supplier’s programmes to ensure timely delivery of all material and civil access dates as required by overall programme.
Resource planning to assist Project Managers in levelling the resources through execution phases.
Incorporating progress updates for all projects' phases into the programmes and reporting / presenting the same in the form of Monthly Progress Report / Planning Report (MPR) to Client and Management.
Representing monthly progress through S-Curves for overall project and the main / required levels of concern.
Grouping progress figures and areas of concern of projects in a brief report, and reporting to management for project review and necessary actions.
Assisted Project Executives in solving the Critical Interface Issues through Interface Co-ordination Meetings with other organisations, such as KBR, JBN, SNAMPROGETTI and TECHNINT, involved in EGTL Project which includes 2 Substations work in oil and gas plant.
Attend Projects' Review Meetings with the client / consultant and prepare the required reports according to the agreed reporting system.
Assist in Claim Management by conducting the analysis of causes of delay and its effect on the project.
