Maintenance & Trouble Shooting
Planning and effecting preventive & predictive maintenance / overhauling / repair schedules of various machineries & instruments to increase machine up time and long term equipment reliability.
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking corrective measures / steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
Managing trouble shooting of process equipments and handling routine inspection.
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques /measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.

Operations Management
Designing training modules and calendar for newly joined O&M team to build capability towards first level problem solving.
Effectuating cost saving initiatives; achieving cost reduction through value engineering, reduction in breakdown, rework and waste elimination.
Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

Quality, H&S Management
Reviewing of monthly MIS reports during PIP (Process Improvement Plan) meet.
Interacting with the Quality Department for detection of potential deficiencies and implementing corrective actions. Maintaining Quality Systems and Process Control Records.
Directing and guiding improvement projects under TQM activities.
Assuring conformance of the product to safety norms and specifications.

Team Management
Leading, motivating and training the employees to improve their operational efficiency.
Organising training internal/external programmes based on the training need analysis to elevate the skills & productivity of employees.
