As a safety officer for 5yrs and 5months,[3yrs in local and 5yrs and 5months in Ras Laffan Industrials City Qatar in Oil and Gas.]Lots of challenge i encounterd especialy in working abroad were people are multinationals differents culture and beliefs as well as there attitude and characters but i was control them and am bringing them into safety,safety manner and safety work.I also conduct trainings and seminars,do site inspection as well as there materials and tools they are going to work.inspect the permit to work..conduct tool box meeting and give reminders to the workers on how to used there PPE and proper used of materials.I also put warning devices and signage especialy in area which center to hazards and accident.and do house-keeping before and after working hours.
