a. Experience in operating, maintenance and troubleshooting on Rotating equipments, Oil and Gas production process.
b. Familiar with operation and top side process of floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) facilities.
c. Familiar with Boiler control system, Air and Gas compressor system, diesel engine Generator and water treatment plant.
d. Familiar with fire and gas protection system related to Emergency (ESD) and Process shutdown (PSD) system especially on platforms.
e. Familiar with P&ID, Isometric drawing, Hook Up drawing, Instrument Loop Drawing, Wiring diagrams and Interlocking Logic diagrams.
f. Experience in programming, installation, modification and maintenance of PLC and DCS system, local control panel system, and single loop local control with electronic and pneumatic system.
g. Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, reconditions and calibration of Control Valve, Transmitter, Controller, gauges and switches.
h. Familiar with Work Permit Management and Emergency Procedures, ISO and OHSAS implementation in maintenance activity
i. Familiar with JDE and other related program on platforms maintenance system, Microsoft Office and internet application.
