-I am working in M/S ESSAR OIL LTD. (Refinery Project) as a ¡¥DCS PANEL MANAGER & SHIFT SUPERVISOR¡¦ In Treater (Marox - like KERO, LPG, GASOLINE, UNSATURATED LPG) unit, Technology of M/S MERICHEM.Houston, Texas and detailed Engineering by EXCENS.And VISBREKER Unit, Technology of M/S I.F.P. and detailed Engineering by E.I.L., Distributed Control System for refinery complex is of ABB INSTRUMENT. From pre-commissioning stage.

* I have gained a good and versatile knowledge of Operating of DCS Panel and keep control of process very well of the MERICHEM and VISBREAKER unit in the refinery.


(2) RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD.

„« I have worked in ¡¥M/S Reliance Industries Limited (Refinery Project)¡¦which is one of the world largest grass root integrated refinery and petrochemical complex based on Technology of M/S U.O.P. and detailed Engineering by BECHTEL. Distributed Control System of FOXBORO INSTRUMENT. Location at JAMNAGAR.GUJARAT. From pre-commissioning stage as a ¡¥Sr. FIELD OPERATOR & Last 3 Year As a ¡¥DCS PANEL OPERATOR¡¦ FOX BORO Instrument panel.
„« I have worked for DIESEL and VACCUM GAS OIL HYDROTREATERS to achieve 98%Desulfurisation and 70% Denitrification in DISEL and VGO achieve 94% Desulphurization and 54% Denitrification. In processing objective to reduce the Sulfur level.
„« I had Operate of DCS Panel and keep control of process very well of the largest unit (DHT&VGOHT) in the refinery last 3 year.
„« Operate the production facility in a safe manner to ensure production targets and standards are met. Monitor environmental compliance as prescribed.


GUJARAT HEAVY CHEMICALS LIMITED.

This organization is a Soda Ash division. I worked in Carbonation Section and responsible for following job.

ƒÞ Operated MOD -30 Instrument control Panel and Keep control Carbonation reaction (Soda Ash Plant)
ƒÞ Operated Steam Absorption Chiller-2nos of ¡¥Sanyo Electronics¡¦, Japan.
ƒÞ Operated Vapour Compression Chiller-2nos of ¡¥Sulzer¡¦ (Germany)
ƒÞ In addition I have worked in this organization in Brine Purification and Densification unit.

(4) ABS PLASTICS LTD.

In this organization I worked as a PLANT OPERATOR in Polymer section and handle polymer reaction & ABS reaction.

Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) with Second class from Saurashtra University in 1989

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

„` Continues vigilant in on DCS Panel and control process.
„` Maintaining desire operating conditions so as to get optimum yield of production and
Coordination and co-operation with allied units. Also coordination with mechanical,
Electrical & instrument Department.
„` Monitor the day to day operation of a gas treating plant and take appropriate corrective action.
„` Fire and Gas and Process system points bypass and reset philosophy for maintenance.
„` Plant start up, controlled shutdown and routine job.
„` Startup after a Process Shutdown or Emergency Shutdown.
„` Able to react immediately in case of emergency and take appropriate action.
„` Good experience in writing shift activity log book and handover.
„` Knowledge in Permit to Work system.
„` Capability to lead a team of Production Field operators and Wellhead operators.
Monitoring the smooth and safe operation of rotating equipment
Checking of firebox and burner flame pattern, burner change over, soot blowing of Heater.
Maintain the record for the future /past shut down job.
