ľ Working in a large warehousing environment for more than 15 years, 3 years in supervisory position. With thorough knowledge of auditing, accounting and inventory control. Knowledgeable in the use of computer and has gained extensive training in inventory planning and management. Familiar with various window-based application program and program for inventory. Experienced in receiving, issuing, transferring and identifying materials. High accuracy in numbers in computing and inputting data in the system. Familiar with logistic documents when receiving materials through air freight or sea freight.
ľ Familiar with different materials used in the oil and gas industry (onshore/offshore drilling & exploration), construction, power generating plant and heavy industrial projects. Knows how to read analytical drawings and evaluate requirements. Familiarity with the use of Original Equipment Manual (OEM).
ľ Experienced in preparing costing and analysis of stocks and establishing minimum and maximum level of inventory. Good in auditing and accounting of items and preparation of discrepancy/damaged report and analysis report of inventory. Monitoring of stocks and preparing purchase order to replace used inventory.
ľ Knowledge of forecasting and material planning to form part of ordering large volume of materials and effective material safe keeping.
ľ Familiarity with SAP System and MAXIMO system
