• Directly reporting to the Plant Manager• Organize and manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staffs• Ensure total maintenance of equipment in Dubai, Abudhabi and Qatar sites for boring/shoring/pilling/anchoring projects• Plans and executes preventive maintenance of all boring equipment (Bauer, Casagrande, Soilmec),crawler type cranes(Sumitomo/Hitachi/Quy/Sany), vibratory hammers (PTC/ICE), Compressors, Generators and other machineries in coordination with the production department• Maintain and manage the file records of all maintenance and repair works that has been carried out as per ISO approved documentations• Supervises repairs and troubleshooting of the problems encountered in the sites • Performs hydraulic system troubleshooting and diesel engine repair• Ensure maximum utilization and minimizing breakdowns of all the machineries deployed in the project sites• Ensure quality, integrity and consistency of all maintenance services• Follow up warranty claims of the equipment• Prepares parts requisition as to the parts needed • Prepare and negotiate for quotations and purchases at minimum cost• Arrange all machinery and mechanical fabrication requirements of all Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar projects• Ensure proper management of spare parts logistics, usage and inventory control• Performs quantity surveys & quality control of maintenance stores• Plan, implement and coordinate safety standards and procedures in place
