Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs the full range of ongoing administrative and office support functions to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the company. Responsible for all aspects office administration such as:
Human Resources
Responsible for implementation and preparation of training and development programs of co-employees. Supervises and arrange outdoor activities such as health in a work place programs, medical on site. Establish and maintains human resources information system. Organizes monthly meeting of employees and higher management to discuss problems on their respective jobs/working environment and gives appropriate solutions. General Administrative /office Support
Composes, revises and edits a variety of routine to moderately difficult correspondences, reports and proposals; from rough notes, drafts, dictation or brief oral instructions. Types formats, revises, proofreads and print reports, correspondences , memoranda, contracts, agreements, proposals and other specialized materials ranging from routine to complex; proofreads and checked typed other materials for accuracy and completeness and for compliance with company policies and regulations.
Receives and screen visitors and/or telephone calls and interacts with their clients and suppliers, providing general and specialized information regarding assigned function that may require the use of judgment, tact and sensitivity; skillfully handles external inquiries regarding the company’s services and researches and responds to request or refers inquiries and requests to other staff or manager when warranted.
Accounts Administration
Performs purchasing duties for equipment, materials, supplies and/or services; selects appropriate vendors and suppliers; prepares requisition and Purchase Orders; as assigned, coordinates with and monitors vendor to ensure equipment, materials and services are appropriately provided; monitors and processes timely payment of supplier accounts; reconciles bank accounts and prepares month-end accounts for submission to Head Office; keep accurate and accessible records of all transactions; run payroll including keeping accurate and up-to-date employee records; check, reconcile and keep records of employees’ expenses payments. Prepares monthly inventory of the supplies used and issued.
