Project Management

Performed project management duties on various projects, including power, water and wastewater treatment, and general industrial construction. Duties included manpower allocation, scheduling, cost control and cash flow analysis (baseline costing), strategic planning, risk management, acquisition management, project execution plans, change control, and earned value management. Other duties included value engineering; estimating; supervising engineering detailing for civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines; and facility commissioning.

Performed construction management duties on projects, including conceptual estimating, bid package preparation, and bid procurement and evaluation.

Project Size: $1 to $700 million; total value of all construction projects in excess of 2 billion dollars.
