• Pattern inspection report ( check pattern and clear to go For foundry)
• Casting inspection report , check casting as per pattern drawing
• Casting Radiography done as per client requirement.
• All component (Raw Material & Casting) 100% P.M.I. done
• Visually & Identification check reference to (MSS SP 55 & MSS SP 25)
• Check Hardness of all receiving casting/round bar.
• Interpretation of R.T. films & check report
• Check all M.T.C as per required standard
• In-Process Inspection(All Components dimension Check as Per Drawing,)
• Check All Component R.A. value.
• Mating parts verification, Assembly register update.
• Blue matching verification , Bolt tightening witness
• Check L.P.T of blow holes & crack area
• Calibrations of all inspection, measuring, Monitoring & test equipments.
• Testing of Valves.(Hydro shell ,Hydro seat, air seat check as per reqd. std)
• Preparation of EN 10204 3.1 certificate & TGC documentations
• For Export & Domestic Customer.
• Forwarding raw materials to test labs for testing.(chemical & physical)
• Control of non conforming products at various stages. (N.C.R.relased)
• Control of quality records for ISO9001 - 2000 documentation
• Attend third party inspection (Velosi, D.N.V., Bureau Veritas, shell).
