HSE Manager / HSE Advisor

In search of a suitable Position on a long term to enhance my capabilities and knowledge gained from 18 Yrs of experience in Construction, Marine, Environmental & Industrial Safety from India,Singapore,Malaysia,Oman,UAE&Qatar.

• Preparation & Review of Project HSE Plan
• Assist and advice the Project Management in the Implementation of the Project HSE Plan
• Plan to achieve the HSE Objectives and Targets (KPI)
• Lead and coach the Project HSE Staff and monitor their performance & improvements.
• Conduct periodic HSE inspection and site audits.
• Establish process for systematically identifying and addressing existing & potential operational risks and exposure.
• Establish systems & procedures to manage all the identified HSE risks in compliance to the legal, regulatory, corporate and client¡¦s requirement.
• Conduct Monthly HSE Meetings and participate in weekly Progress meetings.
• Assist Project Management by providing HSE assurance to client and participate in HSE co-ordination meeting with the client.
• Maintain a suitable level of contact with regulatory authorities.
• Facilitate & ensure the effective reporting and investigation of accidents & dangerous occurrences.
• Maintain an oversight follow-up and close-out of all proposed corrective & preventive actions.
• Maintain and oversight on data integrity and timeliness of weekly & monthly HSE reporting.
• Ensure the administrative follow up of HSE Management System documentation.
• Conduct risk assessment and Job Safety Analysis in line with the method statements.
• Identify HSE Training needs and liaise with the HR Department & Training provider.
• Interpret and advise on all Health and Environmental requirements in relation to all projects operational activities.
• Ensure compliance to OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001 requirements in the Project.
