„«Preparation of as built drawings.
„«Co ordination with main contractor and sub contractor.
„«Pre Commissioning of Chilled Water System and Domestic Water Systems. Conducted the flow leak test and pressure testing of pipes. Checked for the riser connections and leakages in the riser. Chemical cleaning of chilled water system, balancing of chilled water system including the alignment of pumps.
„«Air Terminal Devices sizes for the Renaissance tower, Courtyard tower and the Podium.
„«ESP Calculations for all the Air handling Units in the project.
„«The location and sizes of all the Sand Trap Louvers, Fresh Air Louvers and Extract Louvers of the project.
„«Preparation of material submittal & preparation of shop drawing.
„«Selection of equipments like FCU, AHU, FAN, PUMPS according to project specification.
„«Selection and preparation of schedule for Dampers, Valves, Flexible, Vibration isolators, Vibration pads, Expansion joints, Silencers, Expansion tank, Pressure vessels.
„«ESP Calculations for all the fans in the project.
„«Head calculation for all pumps.
„«Calculation and selection of Supports and Hangers for all the Piping and HVAC (ASHRAE), Fire Fighting (NFPA), Piping and Plumbing system.
„«Assisted the Tendering Team in the Bill of Quantities of the NDIA Project.
„«Guiding and Monitoring the CAD operators in preparing the shop drawing.
„«Designed the Pipe Sizes for Domestic Water Supply, Drainage and Chilled Water System as per International Plumbing Code 2003.
„«Selection of Supports and Hangers for all the Piping and HVAC (ASHRAE), Fire Fighting (NFPA), Piping and Plumbing system.
„«Worked on the Co-ordination of all mechanical and electrical systems and other services.
„«Worked on design of Plant rooms consisting of Compressed Air system, Nitrogen System, Dust Collection System, Vacuum System, HVAC equipments and Chilled Water System.
„«Sized the ducts as per the flow rate, velocity ad pressure drop.
