- Booking of Assets and other project related cost in SAP system for Sipchem (Holding Co.) and its affiliates (Major Projects) on various classes of costs and generates Asset/Asset under Construction numbers and allocate the costs to all companies on shared service basis. Also prepares monthly financial reports on fixed assets and assets under construction based on SAP system generated documents for all companies. Also engages in the monthly settlement of assets, transfer of assets and depreciation to its affiliates, and running of depreciation cycle in SAP system.
- Controls cash flows to the capital projects, updates the project budgets in the SAP system, prepares monthly financial reports on the cash flows of the capital projects, and analyzing of variances on actual/assigned costs and generates cost summary report for the same based on this variance analysis.
- Responsible for the preparations of loan drawdowns based on its cost analysis and submission of project report for raising loan funds from Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) and also participates in the SIDF audit of project reports.
- Handle inter-company invoicing of Sipchem and all its affiliates with SAP environment, follow-up of the inter-company receivables, generates related supporting documents, reconcile, analyses and report submission of the same.
- Monthly allocation of cost based on timesheet for each activity cost centre/department and submitting the report to Finance Manager and updating the allocated percentage costs in SAP system and to run the cycle for all cost centers thereby updating the shared service cost in the monthly financials.
- Participation in the budget control process: Cost Centre budget plans, updation of head count plans and monitoring of its actual & variances in SAP system.
