reparation of instrument work procedure and inspection test plan,material receiving,inspection at site,cheking of field calibration and instrument installation,arranging inspection reports for instrument activities.preparation of database for all received materials,inspected materials,utilized out of inspected materials,whatever is balanced materials,whatever is handed over to subcontractor for the audit of the projects. Coordinating with contractors to achieve the job done on expected time. Checking the daily progress report and forwarding it to management. Coordinating with all field supervisors and making planning to get job to subcontractors for their requirements of materials and ordering it to complete the job on time. Organizing the loop check teams. Coordinating with sub-contractor, QC Department and client for day-to-day loop check activities. Rectification of malfunctioning loops. Organizing the loop folder preparation of DCS, ESD, Function test package cause and effect test package. Organizing the calibration shop to carry out Bench calibration of instruments as per instrument specification sheet ISS with proper test equipment having tractability of its accuracy. Organising the leak test team and airline flushing team to perform this activity before the functional test. Carry out commissioning activities of the instruments on the completion of the construction for start up. Performing the solo test and fictional test cause and effect of DCS and ESD logic as per functional test package during the startup of the process Organizing the instrument foreman / technician of team to rectify the punch list items and to do as built the drawings maintaining the proper records for the system turn over. Co-ordination with other Disciplines/Contractors. Enforcement of Safety Rules and Regulations. Implementation of Quality Control Procedures.

Qualification/ Technical : Diploma in INSTRUMENTATION Engineering.(1997-2000)
KARNATAKA BOARD (BANGALORE).
Academic Qualification : Passed HSC

Additional Qualification:
: Diploma in Computer Application.
