• Read and analyze the incoming reports, faxes, emails, and letters to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• File and retrieve the corporate documents, records and reports
• Type and record the corporate accounts (excel).
• Contact customers and answer their inquiries
• Conduct a survey on the customers’ satisfaction rate and the quality of the course
• Prepare the material for the instructors
• Intermediate between the instructors and participants
• Prepare and send the invoices to the customers
• Use power point to prepare the material
