• Assisting Senior Purchase Manager in Project Materials Purchasing.
• Develop a strong positive rapport with all vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate with vendors/suppliers on purchasing to help increase the Company long term profitability.
• Making and Distributing LPOs.
• Responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of items to meet requirement and maintain stock inventory level within approved guideline.
• Review purchase documentation with respect to quality, suitability, delivery and pricing.
• Improve current supplier/vendors level of service and new suppliers to develop and establish new source of supply.
• Set minimum and maximum stock levels to all stock items.
