Professional Experience
Twenty years of progressive experience in Project Management, design, & Construction engineering. This includes the development of the design basis, analysis of the operational needs, evaluation of the proposals for new construction (Green field) and modification of the existing facilities to concur with the required scope. Lead the development of the material specification, Stress Analysis Specification using Caesar II version 5.0. Evaluated the Valves material specifications, material requisition, mechanical systems, pipe support design, and RTR piping for its compliance to the project specification. RTR specialist in specifications, design, testing and evaluation. Evaluated the vessels like heat exchangers, reflux drum and Boilers. Evaluated its compliance to the code for both ASME section VIII Div 1 and Div II. The experience includes the supervision of engineering design functions, coordination work with other disciplines and with the client through the project management. It also includes technical assistance, supervision of design quality by engineers, designers and drafters. Eighteen years of progressive experience includes five years of experience in the provision of technical assistance to the Maintenance and Operations department. It includes five years of experience in lead position in the following company: ADNOC, Qatar Gas, Exxon Chemicals Baytown, Houston, Vinyl Chloride Monomer project (GEON) and Shell Dear Park in Houston.
