DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES
• Proper implementation of Project HSE objective and procedures.
• Co-ordinate with contractor and subcontractor personnel for proper implementation of HSE issues in their respective areas.
• Participating, assisting foreman/supervisor for daily TBT meeting and keep a file record.
• Clearance of Work Inspection Request (WIR) if work condition is safe.
• Participate in the daily internal safety co-ordination meeting and other meeting if required.
• Prepare documents that comply on the legal obligation and contractual obligation.
• Work hand and hand with safety manager on planning and implementation of crisis management team, fire evacuation drill procedures, safety trainings and emergency procedures.
• Participate in the JV weekly safety inspection with the sub-contractor safety personnel and representative.
• Ensure all permits to work systems are in place and comply the requirements.
• Carry out the hazard analysis and risk assessment of the critical activities in their area.
• Make sure legal compliances are in place, such as certified operator, valid third party certificates of machines or equipment and etc.
• Conduct investigation of the causes of any incident, near miss, first aid and accident at same time prepare report for control measure and prevention.
• Issue the Safety inspection report, violation notice or NCR for non-compliance of safety procedure to contractor or subcontractor and follow up for closing.
• Inspection of scaffold and need to make sure scaffold tag system is in place.
• Make sure proper housekeeping standard is in place. In case of non-compliance immediately notify the concern Supervisor.
• Need to make sure all signage are updated and displayed

 POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA in industrial safety management from Patna University with 1st class in 2005.
