QA/QC Welding/NDT Inspector

To build up my experience by putting all my efforts & my knowledge in the field of QA/QC for the accreditation of quality&profitability of organization and executive the works given to me in a participative approach for the benefit of the company

• QC activities related to Fabrication /Erection /welding of piping, Pipe Mill, storage tanks in accordance with API-1104 / API 650 / API 620 / ASME B 31.3 and project specification.
• NDT Inspection UT/RT/LPT/MPT
• Responsibilities also include preparation of Inspection test Plan, WPS/PQR/WQT/QC procedures / relevant QC documents / test Packages.
• Well versed with engineering and construction drawings, specifications, procedures
and symbols.
Mechanical QC Inspection activities and coordination
Expertise in Welding & Fabrication Inspection of Structural, Pipes and pressure vessels
Experience in projects / technical support, presently working as a QA/QC Welding inspector in Juay’mah Gas Plant in M/s Arabian Bemco behalf of M/s Eram Industrial Technologies – Al Khobar KSA.
Well versed with radiography film interpretation, techniques, magnetic particle and dye pentrant test

• Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering from State Board of Technical Education and Training in the year 1999 at Government Polytechnic Visakhapatnam.

ASNT Level – II Certification in:

- Radiographic Testing.
- Ultrasonic Testing.
- Magnetic Particle Testing.
- Penetrant Testing
