I AM WORKING WITH PETRO RABIGH REFINING & PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY AS A FIELD OPERATOR ( HOFCC PLANT ) IN SAUDI ARABIA LOCATED @ RABIGH TOWN.

 SCENE OF MY WORK DUTIES

 Hear I Commissioned HOFCC ( HIGH OLEFIN FLUIDIZED CATALYTIC
CRACKING ) plant having capacity 900 KTA production & which having product mainly
C2 ,C3 ,C4.
 I Commissioned Hydrotreater of Kerosene plant & UTILITY CONTROL ROOM PLC base
Unit And other unit are MOLEX, PACOL, DEFINE, PEP, DETAL.
 I handled Mechanical Running of Main Air Blower ( Turbine Driven Axial Type ) ,Wet Gas
 ( Turbine Driven Compressor) ,Hydrogen & Nitrogen Reciprocating Compressor ,Pumps ,
Dry & Wet Function Test ,Test Packages ,Steam Blowing ,Air Blowing ,Power Flushing
,Hydro Test ,Leak Test.
 I Commissioned of C2 & LPG ( Merichem ) contaminant treatment section ,C3 (MAPD)
Hydrogenation, ,PROPYLENE RECOVERY PLANT ( PRU ) ,C4 Hydrogenation,
Merichem (Caustic Regeneration) section.
 I handled Gas Compressor like Multi Stage Reciprocating hydrogen Compressor – 80 ksc ,
(N2 – BOOSTER Reciprocating Compressor - 28 ksc) & Screw (Air compressor - 8 ksc),
Charge heater (6.6 MMKcal/hr.) ,Air Drying Unit, N2 PSA and N2 Bullet.
 I handled distillation like Atmospheric, Vacuum.
 I handled pumps like hot pump, Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Sun dyne (110 ksc)

• Energy Conservation & Minimizing Recycling.
• Control Of Emergency & Troubleshooting.
• Planning Of Achieve Targeted Production.

• Always Concern With Safety & Housing keeping As Top Prior.

• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• I have passed S.S.C. from G.S.E.B. in Mar’1997.
• I have passed H.S.C. from G.S.E.B. in Mar’1999.
• I have passed B.S.c. (Chemistry) from Guj.University of dabhoi In Apr’ 2002.
• I have passed P.G.DIP.ENVI0RNMENT SCIENCE
M.S.University of Baroda in Oct’ 2006.
 I have passed Dip. Fire & Safety Management course from National Institute of
Labour Education & Management in May’2006.
