Mechanical/Installation & maintenance Engineer

•Supervise installation of piping /equipments on the onshore and offshore •Extensive in field Engineering with emphasis of planning and management in construction,operation and maintenance special in Power plant/ oil & gas industries

•Inspection and approved drawing in the EPCI stage for CPP & WHD project
•Check detail design drawing and inspection materials/spec. Ensure quality and quantity available on site required for project
•Check document and follow installation procedure ,spec API 686,ASME B31.3,B31.4 & B31.8,,ASME section VIII division1 and contact with vendor and another department solve problem helping for project during install
•Follow progress and activities of the contractor/subcontractor performing work and ensures compliance with procedure and safety policy install
•Prepared procedure to carry out pre-commissioning/commissioning .Perform ITP and acceptance to approved by check –list
•Planning, scheduling maintenance by Maximo or operation hours of equipments .Follow document and safety policy
•Perform week to week schedule and arrangement to assign the job
•Meeting for job schedule ,prepare PTW/ JSA to carry out .Control safety & environment
•Coordinate with operation Department, planning shutdown job. Check materials & MTO spare parts
•Performed diagnostic malfunction/repairing work of equipments .Contract with vendor solution to maintenance problem,selecting and managing subcontractor helping for project.Maintain all equipment good condition
•Evaluate to carry out work and suggest modification/maintenance cost
•Direct control and performing work of Mechanical teams follow procedure operation/ maintenance including:
•Centrifugal and Reciprocating pump, Compressor ,steam turbine, boiler condenser ,heat exchanger...etc. Troubleshooting and replace bushing, bearing, seal, pressure plate,impeller,gear and mechanical seal…etc
•Gas turbine : Solar gas turbine Saturn20,Taurus60 generator set & Taurus 70/ C304 solar Compressor set,C40CSMD with dresser rand compressor. Troubleshooting lube oil system,fuel system,air system,seal gas system,electrical sys’t…etc .Coupling alignment,repaired diesel fuel pump and inspection for 2000hrs,4000hrs,8000hrs,water wash,filter change out and performance monitoring vibration data collection for rotating equipment,Bore scope
•Valves and piping spools take off reinstatement and replace
•Supervisor Subcontractor/Mechanical teams installation the piping,steel structural and horizontal annealing furnace, material accumulator,various turn and steering rolls, horizontal and vertical blower/fan assisted coolers and pumps…etc.
