„X To Assist HR/Admin Manager in Recruitment and Performance Appraisal of employees.
„X Maintain monthly records such as employee database, leaves, etc.
„X Collecting necessary documents for visa processing like medical, passport copies, visa cancellation copies and any other necessary documents.
„X Provide assistance to employees in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures.
„X Review the offer letter, contracts etc¡K before getting it signed by the HR/Admin Manager.
„X Arrange internal and external appointments for the HR/Admin Manager.
„X Manage the day to day office tasks & its follow up.
„X Perform other HR/Admin related duties as directed by the Manager.
„X Preparation of monthly pay roll report for 1500 employees of CCE & 300 employees of suppliers & subcontractors and send it the same to Site Finance Division.
„X Taking care of all receivables and payables accounts.
„X To prepare monthly Time Sheets for CCE, Suppliers & Subcontractors Employees.
„X To prepare monthly overtime for the site labours, staff etc.
„X Process leaves applications, leave settlements for Labours.
„X Process resignations, terminations and final settlement.
„X Arrange travel tickets for Labours as eligible.
„X Reimbursement / expense claims of Employees
„X Maintaining leave records and updating of leave registers.
„X Sending monthly Attendance Input, OT details to Payroll Dept. at HO
„X Settling employee¡¦s disputes. Handling legal issues arising out of termination or settlement of dues of ex-employees
