Review Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Manufacturing Procedure Specification (MPS), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Welding Performance Qualification Records (WPQR), Non Destructive Test (NDT) Procedures, Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), Positive Material Identification Report.
Witnessing Welder Performance Qualification Test (WPQT), Conduct the Welding Inspections (Before-During and After Welding), direct the welders in repairing the welded joints, providing daily problems solutions and its priority. Control NDT Request up to reviewing & controlling the Piping Test Packages.
Develop Daily Welding Report, Daily Welding Summary, and Monthly Welding Inspection Progress Reports. Maintain the Welder Controlling Sheets of individual welders, material types and NDT Classes.
Evaluate the Non Destructive Test (NDT) results and Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) chart of particular welding joint.
