Working as Associate Engineer (E&l) in SUI NORTHERN GAS PIPELINES LIMITED (SNGPL) since February 09, 1995. This is the leading Gas Transmission & Distribution company in Pakistan supplying Natural Gas to entire Punjab and NWFP areas.The Compression department at SNGPL utilizes Gas turbines and booster compressors manufactured by Solar Turbines Inc to meet the energy requirements throughout the country.
Responsible for Complete maintenance and running of state of the art “TEST CELL” facility used for performance analysis of Gas Turbines models: Centaur 4002, 4502, 4702, 6102 and Saturn 20 after overhauling.
Design and working on the Up Gradation of the Test Cell project to test the Centaur 4002, 4502 and 4702 gas turbines.
Maintenance of Gas Turbines in the field at different compression stations through out the country, Including Calibration of flow Meters, pressure, temperature transmitters, speed monitoring control, and Allen Bradley PLC system (PLC5/40, PLC5/20, TT4000 & RS LOGIX 5000) to control and monitor the performance of the gas turbines.
Experienced in Vibration Analysis of high-speed turbo Machinery using vibroport 41 by Schenck, CSI 853 and OR36 Analyzer include NVGATE 5.0 software and diagnoses the problem area.
Operation and Maintenance of control system of Caterpillar Gas Generators up to 640 KW Model G3516A, Also carried out the Complete calibration of Load Sharing and Speed control Card A2301.

Up gradation of test cell. A joint venture project between SNGPL and SOLAR TURBINES INC. to upgrade the existing test cell for testing and evaluating the performance of gas turbines engine after over hauled by SNGPL with major features as:
Relay logic control system replaced with ALLEN BRADLEY PLC system(RS LOGIX 5000 & TT4000) with performance measured with data Acquisition System.
Responsible for Execution and commissioning of project.
Supervised complete installation of electrical and instrumentation control system.
Responsible for Testing and evaluating the engine performance parameters.
Vibration analysis with VIBROPORT 41, CSI 853, and OR 36 and analyze the spectrum and identify the problem areas in the machines.
Use the different cad software’s (orcad 9.0) to develop the drawings and flow chart also use the different type of simulators (circuit logix, digisim, pspice etc.) to simulate the electrical and electronics circuit the implementations.
Developed Many software in JAVA and Visual Basic application.
