Mechanical Engineer(Project/Operation)

 Preparation of load summary, selection of equipment ratings, selection of system layout, preparation of basic single line diagrams.

 Preparation of bill of materials, gathering technical specifications etc for issue
of enquiries for procurement of all materials.
 Preparation of following layout drawing or construction

 Issue of enquiries for equipment / materials, recommendation for placement of purchase orders.
 Approval stage wise inspection, testing of ordered equipment material
Inspection and storage of materials at stores project site. Acceptance Rejection
reports of the materials.

 Inspection of all incoming materials in stores.

 The job involved complete erection, commissioning and maintenance of the
Spiral pipe mill, Hydrotestor machine, End Beveling machine, OFFLINE welding
machine.
 Utilities required in automation such as compressors, cooling towers,
pumps, motors, air conditioners, power packs.

• Maintenance

 Preparing charts for manpower requirement, shifts schedules etc.
 Inventory check-out.
 Maintaining / updating records / history cards / drawing / documents etc.
 Preparation of maintenance schedules, manpower requirement, shift schedule etc.
 To enhance PM as per schedule plane.

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 To solve the complication in the operation of the machine using proper presentation of method study and time study analysis.
 Preperation of piping isometric, pipe supports and piping layout drawings with BOM and its specification.
 Always work with principle no fabrication & no modification without
proper application & location.
 Knowledge of piping components & standards.
 Inspection of flux cycle along with flux recovery system.
 To maintain CPM & PERT for analysing, simulation & monitoring project
documents.
 To go for online coil Ultrasonic testing and Radiographic testing to rectify welding & rolling defects

Completed Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with First Class from Pimpari Chinchwad College of engineering Pune, PUNE UNIVERSITY, India.

Currently doing M.B.A (Operation, Finance) from N.I.B.M Chennai.

Currently doing M.Tech (Production & Manufacturing) from BITS (Mesra) , India.

Graduate Member of Institution of Engineers.

Completed Training in ‘BHEL, Hyderabad’.(Department of Non-conventional energy, Hyderabad).
Completed a certified course in ‘CNC Programming and machining’. (SIEMEINS, FANUC) from I.T.I, Aundh, Pune.
Completed Training in TATA MOTORS, Pune
