• As an In-House Recruitment Consultant I had worked 3.5 Years with a leading recruitment consultant (GCC Consult) in Saudi Arabia for Oil & Gas, Construction, Petrochemical, Trading & other diversified industries.
• Identified the most efficient and economic sources for hiring the implementation of this had significantly reflected in the HR Budget.
• Having strong caliber to collect potential resumes from leading recruiting sites from India, Middle East and Europe and to store in to internal database.
• As a Legal Consultant I had worked more than 3 years with leading legal Associates (Surya Narayana Iyer Associates) in India.
• Proved as a Legal consultant in Companies & Commercial cases, handled litigations, contracts drafting, contract interpretation, legal translation, drafting pleadings and motions in all kinds of legal cases.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) Pursuing from Madurai Kamaraj University
• Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) passed (75%) in 2002 from Mangalore University.
• Pre-degree (P.D.C) passed (78%) in 1997 from Calicut University.
• S.S.L.C passed (87%) in 1995 from Kerala State Education Board.
