Support provided includes,
Develop and maintain standard WBS/CWE/CTR structure (in conjunction with FE Business Mgt. Team)
o Facilitate and ensure joint-review of project schedule and estimates - for quality checks, consistency and credibility in estimates using Lessons learned and benchmarking with similar projects.
o Follow up with project engineers to ensure regular review and update of project schedules and cost performance records.
o Ensure project AFEs have approved funding and are mapped to the appropriate budget lines.
o Coordinate with Project Engineers to ensure new AFEs are reviewed and okayed by the Business Management Team, prior to routing for managers' approvals.
o Follow up with project engineers to ensure timely update and submission of project schedules for quarterly integrated schedule update.
o Provide assistance and training support to project engineers where challenges or gaps exist in using the prescribed to.
o Provide standardized monthly project summary reports including cost and schedule status
o Support NAPIMS reporting
