i. FABRICATION FOR OFFSHORE INSTALLATIONS : Fabrication, erection, testing and pre-commissioning of offshore platforms(jackets and topside). In charge for project QA/QC department consists of three senior welding inspectors, four welding inspectors, one senior painting inspector, two painting inspectors, one electrical inspector, one instrumentation inspector, two ultrasonic testing inspectors, two magnetic particle / penetrant testing inspectors, two radiographic testing inspectors, two assistant radiographic inspectors and four documentation clerks. The projects involve fabrication of ~25000 Metric Ton steel materials(8-10 platforms). The welding of steel ranges from ASTM SA 36 to API 5L X 65, and Duplex stainless steel. Electrical and instrumentation scope include installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning. Weighing, Load-out, Ballasting and Sea-fastening activities are part of the project scope. The work scopes include blasting and painting of carbon steel materials and VCI coating for Duplex stainless steel material.
