Mechanical maintenance Trainer

About 20 years national and international experience in which 12 years hands on experience as a Trainer / Coordinator in oil and gas and engineering sector in maintenance, installation, business development, technical writer, research and development. 8 years in engineering college as a faculty member.
• Extensive experience of hand on training to the college students and Company employees in Plant and maintenance including pumps, compressors, valves, seals, Gear boxes, threading, technical drawing and Workshop Technology. Applications of Thermodynamics and Hydraulics.
Scope of training is to upgrade the skills of regular students and company employees to meet the working requirements of the Oil companies in theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Work includes to develop skills including regular and preventive maintenance, safety regulations, assembling and disassembling assembly units, Uses different measurement instruments to find clearances and tolerances, alignments, to implement work plan and schedules with updating, using multimedia, to conduct exams and quizzes for regular students and company employees, to carry regular student visits to Oil refineries. Developed learning materials for Operator training courses for companies programs related to compressors, pumps and valves, Power plant (Steam and Gas Turbines).
